<li>3 e (45 ml) botter</li>
<li>8 dik snye brood</li>
<li>1 ui, fyngekap</li>
<li>1 t (5 ml) fyngekapte vars knoffel</li>
<li>1 e (15 ml) vars tiemie, van die takkies gestroop</li>
<li>6 repies spek</li>
<li>1 k (125 ml) crème fraîche</li>
<li>1½ e (25 ml) Dijon-mosterd</li>
<li>2 k (500 ml) melk</li>
<li>½ t (2,5 ml) sout</li>
<li>12 eiers</li>
<li>500 g kersietamaties, op die stingel</li>
<li>3 k (200 g) beleë cheddar, gerasper</li>
</ul>

<h4><strong>Metode</strong></h4>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Verhit die oond tot 180 ˚C.</p>
<ol>
<li>Sit die snye brood op ’n bakplaat en bak vir 3-4 min. of tot goudbruin. Haal uit en hou eenkant.</li>
<li>Bak die repies spek op dieselfde bakplaat tot net gaar (maar nie bros nie).</li>
<li>Verhit 1 e (15 ml) botter in ’n pan oor matige hitte en braai die uie, knoffel en tiemie vir 2 min. daarin.</li>
<li>Klop die crème fraîche, mosterd, melk en sout saam in ’n mengbak. Voeg die eiers een-een by en meng goed.</li>
<li>Smeer ’n 22 cm x 34 cm-bak met 2 e (30 ml) botter en pak die roosterbrood daarin. Pak die spekrepies tussen die snye en skep die gebraaide uiemengsel en tamaties eweredig oor die brood. Strooi die kaas oor.</li>
<li>Gooi die eiervla oor die broodmengsel en laat week vir sowat 30 min.</li>
<li>Bak die broodpoeding vir 1-1½ uur of tot goudbruin en die eiervla gestol het. Bedek met foelie as die bokant te donker bak voor die eiervla geset het.</li>

<h4><strong>Metode</strong></h4>
<ol>
<li>Klits die eiers en melk saam en geur met sout.</li>
<li>Smelt die helfte van die botter in ’n braaipan.</li>
<li>Smeer die een helfte van die snye brood met Nutella en die ander met mascarpone. Sit die snye opmekaar. Doop in die eiermengsel en laat die oortollige eier afdrup. Braai die brood tot goudbruin alkant.</li>
<li>Smelt die oorblywende botter en suiker in ’n skoon braaipan en braai die nektarienskywe daarin tot goudkleurig.</li>
<li>Sit die warm Franse roosterbrood met die gebraaide nektariens en ekstra heuning voor.</li>

<p>• 1 e (15 ml) botter<br />
• 1 ui, fyngekap<br />
• 1 e (15 ml) fyngekapte knoffel<br />
• 1 t (5 ml) fyngekapte brandrissie<br />
• 2 t (10 ml) komyn<br />
• 2 t (10 ml) gerookte paprika<br />
• 1 x 400 g-blik tamaties<br />
• 4-6 eiers<br />
• 4 snye roosterbrood, in vingers van 10 cm x 2 cm gesny<br />
• 8 repies spek<br />
• 2 e (30 ml) botter<br />
• ½ k (125 ml) crème fraîche<br />
• vars koljanderblare vir opdiening</p>
<p>1 Verhit die oond tot 180 ˚C.<br />
2 Verhit die botter in ’n oondvaste middelslagpan en braai die ui, knoffel, brandrissie, komyn en gerookte paprika vir sowat 3-5 min daarin tot gaar.<br />
3 Voeg die tamaties by, druk hulle fyn met ’n vurk en braai vir 10 min. of tot die mengsel effens verdik het. Geur met sout en gemaalde swartpeper. Skep lepels vol van die crème fraîche oral op die tamatiemengsel.<br />
4 Vou die repies spek om die broodvingers.<br />
5 Verhit die botter in ’n pan oor matige hitte en braai die spekbroodjies daarin tot gaar en bros.<br />
6 Vorm met ’n lepel 4 holtes in die tamatiesous en breek ’n eier versigtig in elke holte.<br />
7 Bak die eier-en-tamatie-mengsel vir sowat 10 min. of tot die eiers gestol en gaar is. Haal uit.<br />
8 Sit die Turkse eiers voor met vars koljanderblare en doop die spekvingers in die sous.</p>

7,5 ml (1 ½ t) bakpoeier<br />
knypie sout<br />
5 ml (1 t) kaneel<br />
2,5 ml (½ t) neutmuskaat<br />
15 ml (1 e) strooisuiker<br />
80 ml hawermout<br />
375 ml (1½ k) karringmelk<br />
1 eier, liggies geklits<br />
gerasperde skil van 1 lemoen (opsioneel)<br />
1 appel, gerasper<br />
35 g botter, gesmelt + ekstra vir braai</p>
<p>1 Sif die meel, bakpoeier, sout, kaneel en neutmuskaat in ’n middelslag-mengbak. Roer die strooisuiker en hawermout by.<br />
2 Meng die karringmelk, eier, lemoenskil en appel en voeg die botter by. Gooi die karringmelkmengsel by die meelmengsel en meng goed. Laat vir 20 min. staan.<br />
3 Braai lepels vol van die beslag in ’n bietjie gesmelte botter in ’n pan. Draai om wanneer daar borreltjies bo-op vorm en braai tot goudbruin alkant. Sit voor met haselneut-en-heuning-botter.</p>

<p>100 g botter<br />
100 g haselneute, liggies gerooster en grof gekap<br />
100 g heuningkoek of 3 e (45 ml) heuning</p>
<p>1 Verwerk al die bestanddele in ’n voedselverwerker tot glad. Skep uit en rol in waspapier toe.<br />
2 Hou vir 20 min. in die yskas tot hard. Skep dun skyfies op die warm plaatkoekies en sit voor terwyl die botter smelt.</p>

<p><em>Genoeg vir 2 as ’n vinnige aandete</em></p>
<p>• 4 repies spek<br />
• 3 eiers<br />
• ¾ k (185 ml) melk<br />
• ¾ k (80 g) koekmeel<br />
• ½ t (2,5 ml) sout<br />
• 2 e (30 ml) botter<br />
• 1 e (15 ml) olyfolie<br />
• 1 t (5 ml) knoffel<br />
• 1 e (15 ml) vars tiemie, van die takkies gestroop<br />
• 125 g bruin sampioene<br />
• 125 g eksotiese sampioene<br />
• ½ k (125 ml) crème fraîche</p>
<p>1 Verhit die oond tot 180 ˚C.<br />
2 Verhit die olie in ’n pan oor matige hitte en braai die knoffel en tiemie vir 2 min. daarin. Voeg die sampioene by en braai tot goudkleurig en gaar. Trek van die hitte af en hou eenkant.<br />
3 Sit die spekrepies op ’n bakplaat en bak vir 7-10 min. tot gaar en bros.<br />
4 Verhoog die oondtemperatuur tot 200 ˚C en sit ’n oondvaste pan met ’n deursnee van 20 cm in die oond om warm te word.<br />

3 Verhit die heuning en botter oor matige hitte in ’n middel-slagkastrol. Roer tot die botter gesmelt is en die mengsel bymekaarkom.<br />
4 Meng die warm mengsel en die droë bestanddele baie goed deur. Bak vir sowat 25-30 min.<br />
5 Laat afkoel en breek in stukkies.</p>

					<p>Voorverhit die oond tot 180 °C.<br />
1 Smeer die wors met ’n bietjie olie en rooster vir sowat 10 min. in die oond tot amper gaar.<br />
2 Voeg die ui, knoffel en witwyn by die wors en skraap die vleissappe met ’n spaan los. Rooster vir 5-7 min. tot die ui sag is. Voeg die tamaties, geblikte tamaties en bone by.<br />
3 Sit die sampioene bo-op en verhit tot die sous borrelend warm is.<br />
4 Maak met die agterkant van ’n lepel holtes in die warm sous. Breek elke eier in ’n koppie en skink een vir een versigtig in die holtes. Sit terug in die oond en bak tot die eierwit ondeursigtig is en die geel sag.<br />
5 Strooi basiliekruid en orego oor en sit warm voor met baie roosterbrood.</p>
<p><strong>WENK</strong> Vervang die blik Italiaanse tamaties deur Mexikaanse tamaties as jy van ’n bietjie byt in jou ontbyt hou.</p>
