					<p>Voorverhit die oond tot 180 ºC.<br />
1 Blansjeer die broccoli vir 5 min. in kookwater en dompel dadelik in yswater.<br />
2 Kook die pasta tot gaar.<br />
3 Spoel die spinasie af, sny die blare in repies en blansjeer vir 3 min. in kookwater. Dompel dadelik in yswater.<br />
4 Verhit die olie in ’n braaipan en soteer die uie en knoffel tot deurskynend.<br />
5 Haal af en roer die suurlemoenskil en -sap, ba­silie­kruid en jogurt by.<br />
6 Meng die broccoli, pasta, spinasie en neute en geur goed met sout, swartpeper en neutmuskaat - sommer lekker baie.<br />
7 Sit in ’n oondbestande bak en strooi die kase oor.<br />
8 Bak vir 15 min. of tot die kaas gesmelt en ligbruin is. Sit voor met ’n slaai.</p>

Kook die groente net vir 5 min. in die aftreksel sodat die groen kleur behoue bly. Rond die sop af met ’n koppie room, ’n raspertjie neutmuskaat en krummel bloukaas bo-oor (opsioneel).</p>
