																					<li><span>We used these cute chocolate chips we bought at Clicks. You can use Beacon's Mint Thins.</span></li>
																																									<li><span>12 chocolate cupcakes</span></li>
																												<li><span>125 ml (½ c) coffee liqueur syrup</span></li>
																												<li><span>1 cup (250 ml) butter icing</span></li>
																												<li><span>5 ml vanilla</span></li>
																												<li><span>15 ml good instant coffee powder</span></li>
																												<li><span>15 ml coffee liqueur (Kahlua)</span></li>
																		</ul>

					<h3 class="penci-recipe-title">Instructions</h3>
					<p>1 Dissolve the coffee powder in the vanilla and liqueur and mix well with the butter icing.<br />
2 Spray the butter icing with a piping bag with a star nozzle on the cupcakes to resemble cappuccino foam.<br />
3 Decorate with chocolate chips.</p>
<p><strong>Chocolate cupcakes</strong></p>
<p>Add 100 g dark chocolate, chopped roughly, and 125 ml (½ c) cocoa powder.</p>
<p><strong>Coffee liqueur syrup</strong></p>
<p>1 Mix 30 ml (2 tbsp) Bailey's coffee liqueur with 125 ml (½ c) basic vanilla syrup.<br />
2 Heat through and paint over the cupcakes.</p>
