<p><strong>Pasta</strong></p>
<ol>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Kook pasta soos op verpakking aangedui word saam met bietjie olie en sout tot al dente. Dreineer en hou eenkant. </span></li>
</ol>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Garnale</strong></p>
<ol>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Ontvries garnale. Maak seker dat garnale goed skoon gemaak is en plaas op kombuispapier om oortollige water te absorbeer.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Verhit kastrol en smelt olyfolie en botter.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Braai garnale vir 2 minute aan elke kant. Die garnale moet net pienk begin verkleur. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Sprinkel genoeg sout en peper bo-oor.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Sprinkel ook paprika oor en roerbraai nog so bietjie. Die garnale moenie oorgaar wees nie anders raak dit taai.  </span></li>

<p><strong>Sous</strong></p>
<ol>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Verhit kastrol en verhit genoeg olyfolie.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Voeg uie by en braai bietjie.,</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Voeg knoffel by en braai nog. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Voeg vars tamaties by. Laat mengsel solank oor matige hitte braai terwyl hoenderaftrekselmengsel gemaak word. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Meng hoenderaftreksel en koekmeel met ballonklitser tot goed om te verseker dat dit sonder klonte is. Roer sout, peper, gekapte tamaties en suiker by en roer goed.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Voeg hoenderaftreksel by en roer by uimengsel in kastrol en kook oor matige hitte tot verdik. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Skep gaar garnale terug by sous in kastrol. Prut vir so 2 minute om goed warm te word. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Skep gaar pasta in kastrol. Roer bestanddele liggies om te meng, maar nie te breek nie.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Sodra dit goed warm is, kan jy dit voorsit. </span></li>
