																												<li><span>15 ml (1 e) sagte bruinsuiker</span></li>

					<ol>
<li>Druk die halwe appels met die gesnyde kant in die suiker.</li>
<li>Smelt die botter in ’n kleefwerende pan en braai die appels met die gesnyde kante na onder in die botter tot die appels goudbruin en die suiker gekaramelliseer het, draai gereeld om.</li>
<li>Meng die mascarponekaas met die brandewyn en suiker en sit saam met die appels voor.</li>
</ol>
