<p>• 30 ml (2 e) olyfolie<br />
• 1,6 kg hoender<br />
• sout en swartpeper<br />
• 120 g Dijon-mosterd<br />
• 250 ml (1 k) volroommelk<br />
• 250 ml (1 k) tuisgemaakte jogurt<br />
• 250 ml (1 k) hoenderaftreksel<br />
• 5 ml (1 t) vinkelsaad<br />
• 6 takkies tiemie<br />
• 4 lourierblare<br />
• 6 piekeluitjies, geskil</p>
<p>1 Verhit die oond tot 200 °C.<br />
2 Geur die hoender met sout en swartpeper en verhit die olie in ’n groot kastrol oor hoë hitte.<br />
3 Braai die hoender vir 8-10 min. of tot goudbruin in die kastrol.<br />
4 Meng die mosterd, melk, jogurt en aftreksel in ’n groot beker. Voeg dit saam met die vinkelsaad, tiemie en lourierblare by die hoender in die kastrol.<br />
5 Bak vir 45 min. Voeg die piekeluitjies by en bak vir nog 30 min. of tot goudbruin.</p>

<p>• 2 groot, heel vrylopende hoenders (sowat 1,8 kg per hoender)<br />
• 2 klein bossies lourierblare, gewas<br />
• 1 heel knoffelknol, in huisies gebreek<br />
• 1 suurlemoen, in kwarte gesny<br />
seesoutvlokkies<br />
• 60 ml (¼ k) olyfolie<br />
• 2 hande vol piekel-uitjies, geskil</p>
<p><strong>Sous </strong><br />
• 250 ml (1 k) room<br />
• 45 ml (3 e) Dijonmosterd</p>
<p>1 Verhit die oond tot 210 °C. Vryf die hoenders met kombuispapier droog.<br />
2 Sit die hoenders in ’n groot oondbak en geur met sout, ook in die holtes. Vul elke holte met lourierblare, knoffelhuisies en suurlemoen. Gooi die olyfolie oor en smeer oor die hele hoender.<br />
3 Rooster vir 1 uur en 20 min. of tot goudkleurig en gaar. Haal uit.<br />
4 Skep 125 ml van die pansous uit die oondbak in ’n pan. Maak die hoender met foelie toe en laat rus.<br />
5 Verhit die pansous en gooi die room en mosterd by.<br />
6 Kook oor matige hitte totdat die sous verdik.<br />
7 Sit die geroosterde hoender voor met laekoolhidraatgroente soos fyn Franse boontjies, murgpampoentjies en broccolini.</p>

					<p>Voorverhit die oond tot180 ºC.<br />
1 Smeer die hoender buite-om en onder die vel met die gegeurde botter. Jy sal by die borsgedeelte en die boudjies ’n holte met jou vingers kan loswikkel. Geur met sout en peper.<br />
2 Sit die suurlemoen, ui en roosmaryn in die maagholte. Sit die hoender op ’n bakplaat en rooster vir minstens 1 uur.<br />
3 Laat die vleis vir ’n paar minute rus en sny in stukke. Smeer die hoender net voor opdiening weer met botter.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">Knoffel-en-pietersielie-botter</span></strong></p>
<p>1 Verwerk die botter, pietersielie, knoffel en suurlemoensap in ’n voedselverwerker tot glad. Skep op kleefplastiek en rol om ’n worsie te vorm. Sit in die yskas om te set.</p>
