					<p>1 Verhit ’n middelslagpan of wok oor matige hoë hitte. Braai die knoffel, gemmer en brandrissie liggies in die olyfolie, voeg die kool en wortel by en roerbraai vir 3 min.<br />
2 Voeg die hoender, blatjang, heuning, sojasous en sesamolie by, roer deur en braai vir 2 min.<br />
3 Roer die rys, sesamsaad, grondboontjies, koljanderblare en sprietuie by en roer deur.<br />
4 Braai tot deurwarm en sit voor met ’n ekstra strooisel sesamsaad en sprietuie bo-op.</p>
