Dit word gemaak van kekerertjies, tahini-smeer (’n sesamsaadsmeer), suurlemoensap, olyfolie en sout. Jy kan dit met geroosterde soetrissie, fyn komyn of knoffel geur. Smeer dit op broodjies vir ’n lekker en gesonde happie. Kekerertjies is ’n goeie bron van proteïene en vesel, en sesamsaad is ’n goeie bron van vitamien E en proteïene.</span></p>
