																					<li><span>125 ml (½ k) goeie mayonnaise</span></li>
																												<li><span>gerasperde skil van 1 lemmetjie</span></li>
																												<li><span>1 knoffelhuisie, fyn gekap</span></li>
																												<li><span>6 groot (1 kg) aartappels, geskil</span></li>
																												<li><span>60 ml (¼ k) botter</span></li>
																												<li><span>1 rooi ui, gekap</span></li>
																												<li><span>2 knoffelhuisies, gekap</span></li>
																												<li><span>2 kg vars mossels, baarde verwyder</span></li>
																												<li><span>2 x 340 ml-appelbier</span></li>
																												<li><span>sonneblomolie vir diepbraai</span></li>
																												<li><span>30 ml (2 e) harissa (koop by jou supermark of deli)</span></li>
																												<li><span>1 x 410 ml-blik gekapte tamaties</span></li>
																												<li><span>sout en gemaalde swartpeper</span></li>
																		</ul>

					<h3 class="penci-recipe-title">Instructions</h3>
					<ol>
<li><strong>Aïoli</strong>: Meng die mayonnaise, lemmetjieskil en knoffel. Hou eenkant.</li>
<li>Sny die punte van die aartappels af, sny dan in die lengte middeldeur en sny elke helfte in drie skyfies. Blansjeer die skyfies vir 30 sek. in kookwater. Droog deeglik af en hou eenkant.</li>
<li>Smelt die botter in ’n groot kastrol en soteer die uie en knoffel vir 5 min. daarin.</li>
<li>Voeg die mossels by en gooi die appelbier oor. Sit die kastrol se deksel op en prut vir 3-4 min. oor hoë hitte. Skud die kastrol so nou en dan tot al die mossels oopgegaan het. Verwyder dié wat nie oopgegaan het nie.</li>
<li>5 Braai intussen die skyfies in diepvet: Maak ’n middelslag kastrol halfvol sonneblomolie en verhit oor matige hitte. Diepbraai die skyfies tot goudbruin en gaar. Dreineer op kombuispapier. Meng die harissa deur.</li>
<li>Voeg die gekapte tamaties by die mossels en verhit deur. Geur na smaak.</li>
<li>Sit die mossels voor met die slaptjips en aïoli op bruinpapier.</li>
</ol>
