<p>1. Meng 125 g roomkaas, 300 g gerasperde mozzarella en 125 ml basiliekruidpesto.</p>

<p><strong>Laag 2</strong></p>
<p>2. Maak ’n 410 g-blik Mexikaans gegeurde tamaties oop en meng 300 g kleiner gesnyde tamaties daardeur.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Maak so </strong></p>
<p>3. Skeur ’n groot stuk foelie af (waarop die lae gepak gaan word). Los genoeg spasie sodat die foelie oor die broodjie gevou kan word.<br />
4. Skep ’n laag van die tamatiemengsel op ’n tortilla. Sit ’n ander tortilla bo-op neer.<br />
5. Smeer met die roomkaasmengsel. Herhaal die lae tot al die bestanddele gebruik is.<br />
6. Eindig met ’n tortilla.<br />
7. Vou die foelie toe en braai vir 30 min. oor matige kole, of tot die kaas gesmelt is.</p>

1.  Meng 125 g sagte botter, 5 ml (1 t) gekapte knoffel, 5 ml (1 t) paprika, 10 ml, 2 trissievlokkies, ’n groot hand vol gekapte koljanderblare en ’n knypie sout.</p>
<p><strong>Mielies</strong><br />
2.  Braai 10-12 mielies oor matige kole tot gaar. Smelt die botter oor die mielies terwyl dit braai.</p>

3.  Rol die gaar mielies deur 125 ml liggies geroosterde sesamsaad en sit met die res van die botter voor.</p>

<li>150 g amandelmeel<br />
• 40 g fyn gemaalde <em>psyllium husks</em> (dop), koop gemaal, of maal in ’n koffiemeule<br />
• 60 g klappermeel<br />
• 75 g gemaalde vlassaad (<em>flaxseed</em>) fyn gemaal met ’n koffiemeule<br />
• 10 ml (2 t) kremetart<br />
• 5 ml (1 t) koeksoda<br />
• 5 ml (1 t) sout<br />
• 6 eierwitte<br />
• 2 eiers<br />
• 500 ml (2 k) kookwater<br />
• 80 ml (? k) sesamsaad</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Frikkadelle</strong><br />
• 30 ml gemaalde psyllium husks<br />
• 125 ml (½ k) volroomjogurt<br />
• ’n bietjie volroommelk<br />
• 10 ml (2 t) mosterdpoeier<br />
• 10 ml (2 t) fyn gekapte knoffel<br />
• gerasperde skil van<br />
1 suurlemoen<br />
• 2 kg beesmaalvleis<br />
• 1 skyf fetakaas, gekrummel<br />
• 60 ml (¼ k) olyfolie</p>
<p><strong>Broodjies</strong><br />
1 Verhit die oond tot 175 °C.<br />
2 Voer ’n bakplaat met bak-papier uit.<br />
3 Meng al die droë bestanddele in ’n groot mengbak.<br />
4 Klits die eiers tot skuimerig en voeg die eier by die droë bestanddele. Voeg die kookwater by en meng. Laat die mengsel effens afkoel.<br />
5 Verdeel die mengsel in 8 en maak rolletjies met jou hande.<br />
6 Sit op die bakplaat, strooi sesamsaad oor en bak vir 45 min. of tot goudkleurig en gaar.</p>
<p><strong>Frikkadelle </strong><br />
1 Meng al die bestanddele behalwe die olyfolie in ’n groot mengbak. Geur met sout.<br />
2 Maak frikkadelle die grootte van tennisballe. Druk plat en smeer alkant met olyfolie. Braai vir 12 min. aan elke kant, of tot gaar.<br />
3 Sit voor op die broodrolletjies met slaaiblare, gesnyde tamaties, rooi-ui en avokado.</p>
