					<p>1 Gebruik 6 bakkies met ’n inhoudsmaat van 125 ml elk en sit 3 lietsjies in elk.<br />
2 Sprinkel die gelatien oor 50 ml van die vonkelwyn en laat spons.<br />
3 Verhit die warm jasmyntee, suiker en gemmer oor lae hitte. Roer tot die suiker gesmelt is. Voeg die gelatien by en roer tot heeltemal opgelos. Roer die vonkelwyn deur. Laat effens afkoel.<br />
4 Gooi die mengsel deur ’n sif oor die lietsjies. Sit vir 2-3 uur in die yskas of totdat die jellie gestol is.<br />
5 Doop die bakkies vir 5-10 sek. in kookwater voor jy die jellie versigtig op bordjies uitkeer.</p>
<p>Sit die jellie met geklopte klapperroom voor:</p>
<p>6 Klapperroom kan styf geklop word as die blikkie oornag in die yskas gehou word.<br />
7 Klop 1 blikkie (400 g) klapperroom en 30 ml strooisuiker tot dik en donsig en sit skeppies van die room met die jellie voor.</p>

<li>Sit die espresso-koffiepoeier in ’n koffieperkoleerder en gooi die kookwater by. Laat staan vir ’n paar minute.</li>
<li>Meng die koffie en gelatien en gooi in ’n middelslagkastrol. Verhit oor matige hitte, maar moenie dat die mengsel kook nie. Voeg die suiker en amandelgeursel by en roer tot opgelos. Laat afkoel.</li>
<li>Gooi in ’n plat, reghoekige bak van 25 cm x 20 cm x 3 cm en sit oornag in die yskas sodat dit kan stol.</li>
<li>Keer die bak op ’n plastiek-kapplank uit. Doop ’n 3 cm-metaalkoekiedrukker vinnig in warm water en druk sirkels uit die jellie. As jy nie ’n koekiedrukker het nie, kan jy ’n mes in warm water druk en die jellies in blokke sny. Rol in strooisuiker om hulle feestelik te laat lyk.</li>
