																												<li><span>60 ml gevlokte amandels</span></li>
																												<li><span>30 ml olyfolie</span></li>
																												<li><span>2 uie, fyn gekap</span></li>
																												<li><span>2 lourierblare</span></li>
																												<li><span>2 naeltjies</span></li>
																												<li><span>5 ml paprika</span></li>
																												<li><span>7,5 ml gemaalde komyn</span></li>
																												<li><span>10 ml garam masala</span></li>
																												<li><span>sout</span></li>
																												<li><span>125 ml room</span></li>
																												<li><span>250 ml water</span></li>
																																									<li><span>Komkommer-raita</span></li>
																												<li><span>1 Rasper 1 klein komkommer grof.</span></li>
																												<li><span>2 Meng 5 ml gemaalde komynsaad en 250 ml jogurt.</span></li>
																												<li><span>3 Meng die komkommer by saam met ’n klein handjie vol gekapte kruisement en vars koljanderblare.</span></li>
																												<li><span>4 Geur met sout.</span></li>
																		</ul>

					<h3 class="penci-recipe-title">Instructions</h3>
					<p>1 Meng die jogurt, kardemom, gemmer, knoffel en amandels in ’n voedselverwerker tot glad. Hou eenkant.<br />
2 Verhit die olie in ’n groot pan en braai die uie daarin tot sag. Voeg die vleis bietjie vir bietjie by en verbruin alkant.<br />
3 Gooi die lourierblaar en naeltjies by.<br />
4 Voeg die jogurtmengsel by saam met die paprika, komyn, garam masala en geur met sout.<br />
5 Kook vir 10 min. oor lae hitte.<br />
6 Voeg die room en water by, roer deur en prut vir nog 30 min. oor lae hitte tot die vleis sag en gaar is en die sous dik en romerig lyk.<br />
7 Gooi nog water by as die sous te vinnig wegkook.</p>
