<li>125 ml (½ k room)</li>
<li>1 klein murgpampoentjie, in ringe gesny</li>
<li>100 g bruinlensies</li>
<li>hand vol basiliekruid, fyn gekap</li>
<li>125 ml (½ k) basiliekruidpesto</li>
<li>4 lasagne-velle</li>
<li>250 g mascarpone</li>
<li>250 g mozzarella, gerasper</li>
<li>50 g parmesaan, gerasper</li>
<li>100 g mozzarella, in skywe gesny</li>

<h4><strong>Metode</strong></h4>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<ol>
<li>Voorverhit die oond tot 200 °C.</li>
<li>Verhit die olyfolie oor matige hitte in ’n diep, oondvaste pan en braai die ui en knoffel daarin vir 5 min. of tot sag. Voeg die sampioene, soetrissie en murgpampoentjies by en braai vir nog 5 min.</li>
<li>Voeg die fyngedrukte tamaties, room en lensies by. Bring tot kookpunt, verlaag die hitte en prut vir 15 min. of tot die lensies sag is. Voeg die basilie by en roer deur.Skep ⅔ van die lensie-en-tamatie-sous uit die pan en hou eenkant.</li>
<li>Pak ’n lagie van 2 lasagne-velle, ⅓ van die mascarpone, ⅓ van die mozzarella, ⅓ van die parmesaankaas en ’n paar skeppies basiliekruidpesto op die onderste laag lensies. Herhaal die lae met die oorblywende lensie-en-tamatie-sous en die res van die bestanddele. Eindig met die lensie-en-tamatie-sous en bedek met mozzarella-skywe. Pak ’n paar sampioene op die lasagne &#8211; druk dit effens in die sous in.</li>
<li>Bak die lasagne vir 20 min. of tot die kaas gesmelt en goudkleurig is.</li>

					<p>1 Sny 2 eiervrugte in ringe. Pak op ’n bakplaat uit. Sprinkel 15 ml (1 e) avokado-olie oor en geur met<br />
sout. Rooster tot goudbruin, draai eenkeer om.<br />
3 Verhit 15 ml (1 e) avokado-olie in ’n pan oor matige hitte.<br />
4 Voeg 7,5 ml (1 ½ t) kaneel by 1 kg basiese bolognaise en gooi ’n blikkie lensies by.<br />
5 Pak die bolognese en eiervrugskywe in lae in ’n oondvaste bak met ’n inhoudsmaat van 2 liter.<br />
6 Meng 250 ml (1 k) dubbeldikjogurt, 1 groot eier en 100 g fyn gekrummelde fetakaas met kruie.<br />
7 Gooi oor die bolognese en bak vir 25 min. in ’n voorverhitte oond van 180 °C, of tot goudbruin.</p>

Die groente en vleis moet bedek wees met water, so afhangende van die grootte van jou kastrol, sal jy dalk nog water moet byvoeg.</span><br />

<h4>Parmesaandoopstokkies</h4>
<p>Voorverhit die oond tot 220 °C en voer ’n bakplaat met bakpapier uit.<br />
1 Rol 1 rol blaardeeg liggies op ’n skoon, meelbestrooide werkvlak uit.<br />
2 Verf liggies met eier, sprinkel die parmesaan oor en geur met paprika, swartpeper en sout.<br />
3 Rol die ander rol blaardeeg op die meelbestrooide werkvlak uit. Verf liggies met eier en sit op die ander vel blaardeeg. Rol weer liggies uit.<br />
4 Sny die deeg in ? netjiese reghoek. Sny in 2 cm-stroke en draai ’n paar kinkels in elke strook. Sit op die bakplaat en verf met die res van die eier, en strooi nog sout oor.<br />
5 Bak vir 8-10 min. tot goudbruin. Haal uit en laat afkoel. Sit met die lensiesop voor.</p>

<p>• 500 g-stuk boerpampoen, in skywe gesny en pitte uitgehaal (moenie afskil nie)<br />
• 60 ml (¼ k) olyfolie<br />
• 1 ui, fyngekap<br />
• 3 knoffelhuisies, fyngekap<br />
• 5 cm-stukkie gemmer, geskil en fyngerasper<br />
• 1 rooi brandrissie, fyngekap<br />
• 5 cm-stukkie vars borrie, fyngerasper, of 7,5 ml borriepoeier<br />
• 30 ml (2 e) garam masala<br />
• 2 kaneelstokkies<br />
• 2 lourierblare<br />
• 350 g bruinlensies<br />
• 2 x 400 g-blikkies heel geskilde tamaties<br />
• 1 x 400 g-blikkie klapperroom<br />
• 100 g Engelse spinasie (die klein blaartjies)<br />
hand vol koljanderblare</p>
<p>Voorverhit die oond tot 200 °C.<br />
1 Pak die pampoenskywe op ’n oondpan, sprinkel 30 ml olyfolie oor en geur met sout. Bak vir 30-35 min. of tot gaar en goudkleurig.<br />
2 Verhit die olyfolie in ’n kastrol oor matige hitte en braai intussen die ui, knoffel, gemmer, brandrissie en borrie vir 5 min. daarin, of tot sag. Voeg die garam masala, kaneelstokkie en lourierblare by en braai vir nog 2 min. of tot geurig.<br />
3 Voeg die lensies, tamaties en klapperroom by. Bring tot kookpunt, verlaag die hitte en laat prut vir 20-25 min.<br />
4 Roer die spinasie deur en geur met sout en swartpeper.<br />
5 Sit die lensiekerrie met die geroosterde pampoen en vars koljanderblare voor.</p>

																												<li><span>• 8 bene met murg in, vra die slagter om ’n paar in die lengte deur te sny vir die mooi</span></li>

					<h3 class="penci-recipe-title">Instructions</h3>
					<p>1 Verhit die olyfolie in ’n groot kastrol oor matige hitte. Braai die uie vir 5 min. daarin, of tot sag.<br />
2 Voeg die knoffel, wortel en seldery by. Braai vir nog 5 min.<br />
3 Voeg die speserye by en braai vir 2 min.<br />
4 Voeg die tamaties, witwyn, hoenderaftreksel, heuning en lensies by.<br />
5 Bring tot kookpunt, verlaag die hitte en laat prut vir 45 min. of totdat die lensies sag is. Geur met sout en swartpeper.<br />
6 Verhit intussen die oond tot 200 °C. Sit die bene op ’n pan en bak vir 30 min. of tot goudbruin.<br />
7 Haal die murg uit die bene en roer in die lensie-bredie in.<br />
8 Sit die bredie met die oopgesnyde beentjies voor.</p>

					<p>*Vat die slaaisous in ’n ander houer saam en gooi dit net voor ete oor, anders is die slaai teen daardie tyd al pap.</p>

<p><strong>Slaaisous</strong></p>
<p>• Meng 125 ml olyfolie, 60 ml witwynasyn, 10 ml heuning, 10 ml gekapte knoffel, 10 ml korrelmosterd en ’n knypie sout</p>
<p>Voorverhit die oond tot 200 °C<br />
1 Sny die eiervrug in dik skywe en pak op ’n bakplaat uit. Gooi sout oor en sprinkel olyfolie oor albei kante.<br />
2 Rooster vir 15-20 min. of tot goudkleurig en gaar, maar nie pap nie. Laat afkoel.<br />
3 Pak die slaai: Begin met ’n handjievol blare in elke bottel, gevolg deur 2-3 skywe eiervrug, lensies, tamatiestukkies, ricotta en kruieblare.<br />
4 Herhaal die lagies tot die bottel vol is. Gooi die slaaisous oor net voor julle eet.</p>
<p><strong>Avokado-waatlemoen-en-feta-slaai</strong></p>
<p>• ¼ van ’n klein waatlemoen, geskil en in blokke gesny<br />
• 2 avokado’s, geskil, in blokke gesny en met suurlemoensap besprinkel<br />
• 200 g feta, in blokke gesny<br />
• 1 rooi ui, geskil en in fyn ringe gesny<br />
• ’n hand vol vars koljander- en kruisementblare</p>
<p>1 Meng al die bestanddele en pak in glasbottels met deksels.<br />
2 Gooi die slaaisous (resep bo) oor net voor julle eet.</p>
