																												<li><span>15 ml (1 tbsp) thyme leaves</span></li>
																												<li><span>3 eggs, separated</span></li>
																												<li><span>30 ml (2 tablespoons) cream</span></li>
																												<li><span>salt and ground black pepper</span></li>
																												<li><span>30 ml (2 tbsp) butter</span></li>
																												<li><span>A large handful of mixed mushrooms</span></li>
																												<li><span>15 ml (1 tbsp) grated Parmesan cheese</span></li>
																												<li><span>coarse bread for serving</span></li>

					<h3 class="penci-recipe-title">Instructions</h3>
					<p>1 Meng die mascarpone en tiemie en hou eenkant.<br />
2 Meng die eiergele en room en geur met sout en swartpeper. Klits die eierwitte tot stywe punte vorm. Vou die eierwitte by die eiergele in.<br />
3 Verhit 15 ml (1 e) van die botter en braai die sampioene daarin tot goudbruin.<br />
4 Verhit ’n kleefwerende braaipan en smelt die oorblywende botter daarin.<br />
5 Gooi die eiermengsel in die warm braaipan en braai vir 4 min. Verlaag die hitte tot matig en skep die mascarpone en tiemie op een helfte van die omelet.<br />
6 Skep die sampioene in en bedek met parmesaankaas.<br />
7 Vou die een helfte van die omelet met ’n groot eierspaan oor. Keer uit en sit met growwe brood voor.<br />
<strong><br />
<em>English recipe</em></strong></p>
<p>1 Mix the mascarpone and thyme and set aside.<br />
2 Mix the egg yolks and cream and season with salt and pepper. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold the egg whites into the yolks.<br />
3 Heat 15 ml (1 tbsp) of the butter and fry the mushrooms in it until golden brown.<br />
4 Heat a non-stick frying pan and melt the remaining butter.<br />
5 Pour the egg mixture into the hot pan and cook for 4 minutes. Reduce the heat to moderate and create the mascarpone and thyme on one half of the omelet.<br />
6 Spoon the mushrooms and top with Parmesan cheese.<br />
7 Fold one half of the omelet over with a large spatula. Turn out and serve with coarse bread.</p>

Meng 1 komkommer, in dun linte gesny, 2 babavinkelbolle, dun gesny, 1 Granny Smith-appel, in dun skywe gesny, 1 babagroenkool, dun gesny en 1 avokado, geskil en skyfies gesny met ’n hand vol babakruieblaartjies.</p>
<p><strong>Slaaisous </strong><br />
Meng 5 ml (1 t) heuning, 15 ml (1 e) lemmetjiesap, 15 ml (1 e) water en geur met sout en peper. Hou eenkant.</p>
<p>1 Klits die eier, witwyn, grasui, pietersielie en basiliekruid saam en geur met sout en peper.<br />
2 Spuit ’n pannetjie met kleefwerende kossproei en verhit oor matige hitte. Skep 60 ml (¼ k) van die eiermengsel op ’n slag in die warm pannetjie.<br />
3 Bak tot die kante van die omelet van die pan lostrek en draai om. Bak vir ’n paar minute aan die ander kant en keer uit.<br />
4 Gooi die lemmetjiesous oor die slaai en meng deur. Rol die slaai in die omelette toe.</p>
