					<p>Dis maklik as jy hierdie paar riglyne in gedagte hou:</p>
<p>_ Gelatien is beskikbaar in velle of poeiervorm.<br />
_ 15 ml (1 e) poeier is gelyk aan 15 g of 7 velle gelatien.<br />
_ 15 ml (1 e) is genoeg om 500 ml (2 k) vloeistof te stol.</p>
<p><strong>STAP 1 </strong></p>

Spons die gelatienpoeier met genoeg water. Gebruik 60 ml (¼ k) water vir elke 15 ml (1 e) gelatien wat gespons moet word. Die velle word net in water gedompel tot hulle sag en hanteerbaar is, of gefrommel kan word. Gelatien stol by 20 °C en moet nooit gekook word nie. Poeiergelatien moet óf by warm vloeistof gevoeg word en sodoende smelt, óf dit moet afsonderlik gesmelt word en in ’n dun straaltjie bygevoeg word. Wees versigtig wanneer jy dit in die mikrogolf smelt, gebruik die ontvriesstelling.</p>
<p><strong>STAP 2 </strong></p>

Hou die gesmelte gelatien ’n entjie bokant die houer en voeg in ’n dun straaltjie by die mengsel. Roer aanhoudend sodat die gelatien goed versprei word.</p>
<p><strong>STAP 3 </strong></p>

					<h3 class="penci-recipe-title">Instructions</h3>
					<p>Voorverhit die oondrooster-element.</p>
<p><strong>1.</strong> Spuit 8 x 180 ml-vorms met kleefwerende kossproei. Sit die vorms op ’n bakplaat en hou eenkant.</p>
<p><strong>2.</strong> Meng die gelatien en water in ’n klein bakkie goed met ’n vurk deur en laat staan eenkant.</p>
<p><strong>3. </strong>Pak die witsjokolade op die bakplaat en rooster vir 5-10 sekondes aan elke kant. Staan by met die deur effens oop - die sjokolade brand vreeslik vinnig.</p>
<p><strong>4.</strong> Haal uit sodra die sjokolade effens goudbruin verkleur - dis voldoende, anders brand dit. Sit die oond af.</p>
<p><strong>5.</strong> Kook die sjokolade, room, suiker en vanielje in ’n groot kastrol oor lae hitte vir 5 min. of totdat die sjokolade smelt en die mengsel glad is. Roer gedurig.</p>
<p><strong>6. </strong>Gooi die sjokolademengsel deur ’n sif en meng die gelatien in die warm sjokolademengsel in. Gooi in die voorbereide vorms. Bedek met kleefplastiek en sit vir 5-8 uur of oornag in die yskas tot gestol.</p>
<p><strong>7. </strong>Roer net voor opdiening die druiwe, pruime en amaretto versigtig in ’n mengbak deur.</p>
<p><strong>8.</strong> Doop elke vorm in warm water om die uitkeerslag makliker te maak. Sit saam met die druiwesalsa op ’n dienbord voor.</p>

					<p>1 Verhit die room en melk in ’n middelslagkastrol en laat vir 5-6 min. prut.<br />
2 Meng die gelatien en water en hou eenkant om te spons.<br />
3 Verwyder die roommengsel van die hitte en voeg die versiersuiker by. Roer tot die versiersuiker opgelos is. Voeg die gelatien, suurlemoenskil en suurlemoensap by en meng goed.<br />
4 Klits die jogurt by en verdeel in plastiekbakkies met ’n inhoudsmaat van 125 ml. Laat vir minstens 4 uur in die yskas set. Sit voor met die bloubessies.</p>
