					<p><strong>Eierglaseersel</strong><br />
• 1 eier en ’n knypie sout, liggies geklop</p>
<p>1 Rol die deeg op ’n skoon, meelbestrooide werkvlak in ’n reghoek van 40 cm x 50 cm uit met die lang kant horisontaal voor jou.<br />
2 Pak die lappies ham eerste op die deeg, gevolg deur die kruieblare en kaasblokkies. Rol die gevulde deeg in ’n lang rol op.<br />
3 Sit die broodrol op ’n groot bakplaat wat met bakpapier uitgevoer is.<br />
4 Sny die rol in die lengte middeldeur sodat jy die vulsel kan sien. Hou die twee punte van die rol vas en draai die rol in teen-oorgestelde rigtings. Vou die punte saam en knyp toe.<br />
5 Laat die brood vir 30 min. rys.<br />
6 Voorverhit die oond tot 200 °C.<br />
7 Smeer die broodsirkel met eierglaseersel.<br />
8 Bak vir 25-30 min. tot goudkleurig en gaar.</p>

																												<li><span>• 125 ml basiliekruidpesto</span></li>
																												<li><span>• 125 ml swart olywe, ontpit</span></li>

					<p><strong>Basiese brooddeeg</strong></p>
<p>1 Meng die meel, sout en gis in ’n menger met ’n deeghaak aan. Meng die eiers en melk en gooi by die meel. Meng tot die deeg glad en elasties is.<br />
2 Voeg die botter stukkiesgewys by terwyl die masjien aan is. Meng goed deur.<br />
3 Bedek die bak en laat die deeg vir 1 uur in die mengbak rys tot dubbel sy grootte.</p>
<p><strong>Camembert en-pesto-brood-pasteitjies</strong></p>
<p>1 Rol die deeg op ’n skoon, meelbestrooide werkvlak in ’n reghoek van sowat 30 cm x 40 cm uit.<br />
2 Sny 4 sirkels van 12 cm uit die deeg. (Vorm enige oorskietdeeg in broodrolletjies en bak saam met die kaas.)<br />
3 Skep ’n lepel pesto en olywe op elke deegsirkel. Sit ’n camembert-kaas op die olywe en vou die kaas in die deeg toe.<br />
4 Druk die deeg met jou vingers plat.<br />
5 Smeer elke pastei met eierglaseersel en laat die deeg vir 30 min. in die yskas rus.<br />
6 Voorverhit die oond tot 200 °C.<br />
7 Smeer die broodjies weer met glaseersel en bak vir 20-30 min. tot goudkleurig en gaar.</p>
