																												<li><span>Rooster 200g kersietamaties met ’n bietjie olyfolie en sout in die oond</span></li>
																												<li><span>Strooi 50 g dennepitte oor die tamaties en rooster verder tot die dennepitte bruin is</span></li>
																												<li><span>’n hand vol roketblare, gewas</span></li>

					<ol>
<li>Meng die komyn en slaaisous, gooi oor die vleis en marineer vir minstens 30 min.</li>
<li>Sit intussen die boontjies, aftreksel, knoffel en suurlemoenskil in ’n middelslagkastrol en laat vir 5-8 min. prut of tot die aftreksel verdamp het.</li>
<li>Laat die boontjies effens afkoel en verwerk in ’n voedselverwerker tot glad. Verlaag die spoed van die voedselverwerker en voeg die olyfolie geleidelik by. Geur met sout en gemaalde swartpeper.</li>
<li>Haal die steak uit en braai vir 4 min. aan elke kant oor die kole.</li>
<li>Meng intussen die groenboontjies met die tamatieslaai en roketblare. Sit die kruisskywe met die cannelini-boontjiepuree en groenboonslaai voor.</li>
