Kies eerder die gewone volroom- of dubbelroom-jogurt wat geen suiker of kleurmiddels bevat nie. Koop gerus ook jogurt wat lewende kulture bevat, dié outjies is voordelig vir ’n gesonde spysverteringstelsel omdat dit die groei van skadelike bakterieë inhibeer. Meng dié suiwer vrugtepuree deur die jogurt en maak so jou eie, natuurliker vrugtejogurt. Jogurt-yslolllies. Maak jou eie vrugtejogurt soos hierbo, giet die jogurt in vriesbakkies of yslollievormpies en vries oornag vir koel snoephappies op ’n warm dag.</p>
