																												<li><span>• 125 ml (½ k) kookwater • 190 g-blikkie ingedampte melk (uit die yskas)</span></li>
																																									<li><span>Suurlemoen </span></li>
																												<li><span>• 1 pakkie (80 g) suurlemoengegeurde jellie</span></li>
																												<li><span>• 125 ml (½ k) kookwater</span></li>
																												<li><span>• 190 g-blikkie ingedampte melk (uit die yskas)</span></li>
																																									<li><span>Green gage</span></li>
																												<li><span>• 1 x 80 g Green Gage-jellie</span></li>
																												<li><span>• 125 ml ( ½ k) kookwater</span></li>
																												<li><span>• 190 g-blikkie ingedampte melk (uit die yskas)</span></li>
																																									<li><span>Spuit 8 poedingvorms met ’n inhoudsmaat van 125 ml met kleefwerende kossproei.</span></li>

					<p><strong>Aarbeijellie</strong><br />
1 Maak die aarbeijellie volgens die aanwysings op die pakkie en voeg die 10 g gewone gelatien ook by die kookwater. Roer tot opgelos. Laat heeltemal afkoel.<br />
2 Klop die ingedampte melk met ’n elektriese menger tot stywe punte vorm.<br />
3 Vou in die jelliemengsel in. Gooi in die voorbereide vorms. 4 Sit vir 4-6 uur of oornag in die yskas totdat die mengsel gestol is.</p>
<p><strong>Suurlemoen en Green gage-jellie</strong><br />
1 Maak die jellie met kookwater aan. Laat heeltemal afkoel.<br />
2 Klop die ingedampte melk met ’n elektriese menger tot stywe punte vorm. Vou in die jelliemengsel in.<br />
3 Gooi in die voorbereide vorms.<br />
4 Sit vir 4-6 uur of oornag in die yskas totdat die mengsel gestol is.<br />
5 Doop die poedings vir 5-10 sekondes in kookwater voor jy dit versigtig uitkeer en voorsit.</p>
