					<p>30 ml (2 e) olyfolie</p>
<p>1. Verhit die olie in ’n kastrol oor matige hitte en braai die ui, knoffel, wortel, seldery, rissie en komynsaad vir 5 min. daarin tot sag.<br />
2. Meng die sondroëtamaties en lourierblare deur en kook vir nog 2 min. tot sag. Geur na smaak.<br />
3. Voeg die roosmaryn, tiemie, rooiwyn, aftreksel, tamaties en sojasous by. Bedek en prut vir ’n uur.<br />
4. Voeg die cannelini-boontjies en orego by en prut vir nog 15 min.<br />
5. Meng die spinasie by en laat verwelk.<br />
6. Meng die basiliekruidblare deur en sit voor met parmesaan en die gebraaide spek.</p>
