<li>125 ml (½ k) sagte botter</li>
<li>250 g (sowat 2 middelslag-) gaar aartappels, fyn gedruk</li>
<li>500 ml (2 k) koekmeel</li>
<li>1 eiergeel, geklop</li>
<li>knypie sout</li>
<li>10 ml (2 t) bakpoeier</li>

<p><strong>Gekaramelliseerde uie</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>45 ml (3 e) botter</li>
<li>3 uie, oorlangs in dik skywe gesny</li>
<li>hand vol tiemieblare</li>
<li>sout en gemaalde swartpeper</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Vulsel</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2 hande vol babaspinasie</li>
<li>6 middelslagaartappels, halfgaar gekook met skil en papierdun gesny</li>
<li>300 g mozzarella, papierdun gesny</li>
<li>hand vol roketblare</li>

<h4><strong>Metode</strong></h4>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Voorverhit die oond tot 200 ºC. Spuit &#8216;n 23 cm x 33 cm-bakplaat met kleefwerende kossproei.</p>
<ol>
<li><strong>Aartappeldeeg:</strong> Meng die botter, aartappels, koekmeel, eier, sout en bakpoeier. Knie die deeg op &#8216;n meelbestrooide werkvlak tot dit bymekaar kom. Bedek en sit vir 30 min. in die yskas.</li>
<li><strong>Gekaramelliseerde uie:</strong> Smelt die botter in &#8216;n pan oor matige hitte, voeg die uie by en braai tot gekaramelliseer.</li>
<li>Druk die deeg in die bakplaat uit. Strooi die babaspinasieblare bo-oor.</li>
<li><strong>Vulsel:</strong> Pak rye aartappelskyfies en mozzarella wat oorvleuel op die spinasie. Herhaal tot die hele tert bedek is.</li>
<li>Versprei die gekaramelliseerde uie bo-oor en bak vir 30-40 min. tot goudkleurig en gaar.</li>
<li>Sit voor met roketblare bo-op.</li>
