																												<li><span>• 375 ml (1½ k) crème fraîche</span></li>
																												<li><span>• 250 ml (1 k) broodkrummels</span></li>
																												<li><span>• 125 g gerasperde mozzarella</span></li>
																												<li><span>• 30 ml (2 e) botter</span></li>
																																									<li><span>Voorverhit die oond tot 180 °C.</span></li>

					<ol>
<li>Smeer 4 oondvaste bakkies (of een groot bak met ’n inhoudsmaat van 1 liter) deeglik met botter of spuit met kleefwerende kossproei. Geur die vis met sout en gemaalde swartpeper en verdeel tussen die vier bakkies. Strooi die pietersielie en suurlemoenskil oor.</li>
<li>Geur die crème fraîche met sout en swartpeper en skep oor die vis. Meng laastens die broodkrummels en kaas en strooi oor die vis. Stip met botter en bak vir 30 min. tot goudbruin.</li>
