<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Verhit oond tot 160 °C.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Kap koekies in voedselverwerker tot fyn. Voeg genoeg gesmelte botter by om koekiekrummels aan mekaar te laat klou.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Druk koekiekrummels op bodem vas en langs kante van 22 cm-losboomkoekpan vas of gebruik kleiner losboomkoekpanne.</span></li>

<p><strong>Vulsel</strong></p>
<ol>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Meng kondensmelk en suurlemoensap in mengbak.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Klits eiergele met vurk en roer by kondensmelkmengsel tot goed gemeng.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Giet in tertkors en bak vir 12 minute. Haal uit oond.</span></li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Meringuelaag</strong></p>
<ol>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Klits eierwitte tot styf. Voeg strooisuiker en sout bietjie vir bietjie by terwyl aanhoudend geklits word tot glansend en styf. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Skep meringue bo-op vulsel sodat dit punte vorm.  </span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Bak weer vir 15 minute of tot ligte goudbruin bo-op.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Laat afkoel af en sit voor.</span></li>
</ol>
