<li>Meng alles en sit voor met die slaai.</li>

<h4><strong>Metode</strong></h4>

<li>Voorverhit die oond tot 200 °C.</li>
<li>Smeer die varkfilet met kerriepoeier en geur met sout en peper. Verhit die olie in ’n pan en braai die filet vir 5-7 min. aan alle kante tot goudbruin.</li>
<li>Rooster die vleis vir 10 min. tot gaar, maar nog sappig. Laat vir 5 min. rus.</li>
<li>Meng die appel, seldery, komkommer, sprietuie, pietersielie, avokado en kasjoeneute. Sny die filet in dun skywe en meng met die res van die slaai.</li>

<p>• 10 ml (2 t) olyfolie<br />
• 400 g varkfilet, in repies gesny (vra jou slagter om dit te doen)<br />
• sout en gemaalde swartpeper<br />
• 1 rooi ui, in skywe gesny<br />
• 1 knoffelhuisie, gekneus en fyn gekap<br />
• 2 cm- vars gemmer, gerasper<br />
• 1 soetrissie, ontpit en in repies gesny<br />
• 1 wortel, geskraap en in repies gesny<br />
• 2 murgpampoentjies, in ringe gesny<br />
• 6 knopiesampioene, in skywe gesny<br />
• 1 blik pynappelstukke, gedreineer, maar behou die sap<br />
• 10 ml (2 t) mielieblom<br />
• 15 ml (1 e) sojasous<br />
• 15 ml (1 e) balsemiekasyn<br />
• 100 g (1/4 pakkie) Oosterse rysnoedels</p>
<p>1 Verhit die olie in ’n groot pan of wok.<br />
2 Geur die vleisrepies liggies met sout en peper en verbruin in die verhitte olie. Skep uit en hou eenkant.<br />
3 Soteer die uie in dieselfde pan tot sag. Voeg die knoffel, gemmer, soetrissies, wortels, murg­pampoentjies en sampioene by en roerbraai tot sag.<br />
4 Voeg die pynappelstukke en varkvleis by.<br />
5 Meng die res van die bestanddele in ’n afsonderlike mengbak &#8211; ook die oorblywende pynappelsap. Voeg by die varkvleismengsel en roer oor lae hitte totdat die sous effens verdik.<br />
6 Sit voor met rys of noedels.</p>
