																												<li><span> 	15 ml (1 e) mosterd</span></li>
																												<li><span> 	60 ml (1/4 k) crème fraîche of suurroom</span></li>

					<h3 class="penci-recipe-title">Instructions</h3>
					<ol>
<li>Smelt die botter en olyfolie in ’n pan en braai die appelskywe daarin tot goudbruin en karamelrig. Haal uit en hou eenkant.</li>
<li>Braai die vinkelsaad en salie in dieselfde pan en braai ook die varktjops alkant tot goudbruin. Geur met sout en gemaalde swartpeper. Haal uit en hou eenkant.</li>
<li>Skraap enige aanbrandsels uit die pan (behou soveel mootlik van die pansouse) en verhit die pan weer. Voeg die appelbier by die pansouse en laat afkook. Verlaag die hitte en roer die mosterd en crème fraîche deur. Sit die appelskywe en varktjops terug in die sous en laat deurwarm word. Sit met fyn aartappels voor.</li>
