Makes 500 ml
Puree a ¼ red beetroot, peeled, and add 100 g frozen raspberries, 100 g fresh strawberries, sliced, 100 g frozen red cranberries and 100 ml mineral water. Serve with ice and a handful of fresh mint leaves.
