Best biltong salad

Ingredients

• Pomegranate salad dressing
• 180 ml (¾ c) avocado oil
• 20 ml balsamic vinegar
• 5 ml (1 t) chopped garlic
• 15 ml (1 tbsp) brown sugar
• A handful of chopped parsley
• 30 ml (2 tbsp) pomegranate seeds
• 375 ml (1 ½ c) wet biltong slices
• 100g blue cheese, broken into small pieces
• Salad ingredients
• 2 oranges, peeled and sliced
• 250g strawberries, halved
• 80 ml (1.3 k) pomegranate seeds
• 6-8 baby beetroot, cooked and halved
• A handful of baby herb and radiccio leaves
• A handful of rocket leaves
